IT88347 -8-bit 8-channel D/A converter
Description
IT88347 is a 8 Channels R2R CMOS Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) with
8-bit resolution, low leakage current and low operating current. The
IT88347 has built in operational amplifier output buffers which
canoperate in full-swing voltage range from GND to VCC (3.0V to 5.5V)
with the Drive/Sink current up to max. 1mA.
The Digital Input data (DI) can be
serially shifted and latched with a max. 2.5MHz clock (CLK). The
latched 12-bit digital data is converted into analog DC voltage in the
range from VSS to VDD with 8-bit resolution to one of the eight
channels’ D/A converter in a max. 100μs settling time.
